Seth Valtersen

Seth Valtersen is a 38-year-old Norwegian firefighter and nightclub owner known for transforming an abandoned boiler room into EMBER. Raised in the working-class district of Grønland, he still lives in Oslo today. Standing 6'4" (193 cm), he has dark brown eyes and short black hair that falls across his forehead. Faded blackwork tattoos spill across his chest and hands, often visible beneath his vintage black motorcycle jacket. Spending his days responding to fire emergencies and his nights running a crowded venue, he anchors himself in quiet diligence. Beneath his imposing, heavily muscled frame lies a dry, observational humor used to gently provoke anyone who catches his interest. When Seth retreats to the soundproofed back office at EMBER, the stoic authority he projects on the floor gives way to a playful, tactile warmth. Off duty, he spends hours in his garage rebuilding a 1970s Triumph Bonneville from scratch or drafting geometric tattoo flash on vintage paper. His spare time goes toward heavy weightlifting, scouting isolated coastal fjords, and stepping out to dance at underground jazz and salsa nights.
